Products & Services

CEBA evaluates and provides a wide array of products and services for employer groups of all sizes, as well as for individuals.  By utilizing the CEBA Benefits Management Program, we discover the specific needs of a company or individual, and then formulate programs to meet those needs.  Below is a brief description of the products and services we can provide.  To have one of our benefit advisors begin working with you on your benefit needs, click on Request A Quote and fill out the information request form.

Employer-based Group Benefits


Group Health:

  CEBA works with clients from 2 to 5,000 employees in evaluating their group health plan costs and benefits  We utilize data from the UBA Health Plan Survey to benchmark the current plan and assist in establishing goals and objectives for the program.  We evaluate fully-insured and self-funded plans with stop-loss coverage, as well as HRA, HSA, and the other novel funding arrangements. We are at the forefront in implementing Population Risk Management and Corporate Wellness Programs to contain costs.

Group Dental: 

  CEBA implements both company paid and voluntary dental plans on a fully-insured and self-funded basis.  We evaluate traditional indemnity and PPO network plans, as well as plans with a base and buy-up option.
   

Group Term Life and AD&D:

  CEBA evaluates company paid and voluntary life insurance programs, as well as additional supplemental and dependent life plans.

Group Short Term and Long Term Disability:

  We implement disability income replacement programs on both a company paid and voluntary basis, as well as STD on a company self-funded basis.  We can offer executive and management carve-out and buy-up options.
   

Supplemental Work-Site Benefits:

  CEBA can implement additional supplemental voluntary benefits at no cost to the employer.  These include accident, cancer, critical illness, disability, life and medical supplement plans.

Additional Group Benefit Programs:

  CEBA can evaluate a number of other group benefit programs including separate vision plans, employee assistance programs (EAP), long-term care plans, flexible spending accounts, and Section 125 cafeteria plans.

Retirement Plans:

  CEBA can recommend 401K and Simple IRA benefit plan administrators and financial advisors.
   

Individual Plans

Individual Health:

  We will be happy to assist you in finding medical coverage on an individual basis that fits your needs and budget, whether for just yourself or for your entire family.  You can also run your own quotes from companies you know, and make your own comparison by going to the Request A Quote page.  There you will see the names of health insurance companies that provide quotes directly to you, and allow you to apply online.  Or, if you would rather have one of our benefit advisors assist you, just fill out and submit the information request form.

Short Term Medical:

  If you are between jobs and need medical coverage for a short period until you are able to be covered on your new employer’s group health plan, or if you are applying for an individual health plan and need coverage during that interim, we can assist you with a short term medical plan. Once again, you can go to the Request A Quote page and run short term plan quotes from the companies shown there, or you can submit the information request form and have one of our benefit advisors assist you.

Medicare Supplement and Part D Prescription Plans: 

  If you are a Medicare eligible individual, we can assist you in wading through all the information about Medicare Parts A & B, Medicare Supplement plans, and Part D Prescription plans, and determine the best plans to fit your needs and budget.  Fill out and submit the information request form, and one of our benefit advisors will be happy to help you.
