Founded in 1996 by Bill Webb and Candler Bumgarner, CEBA was named in 2008 and again in 2009 as one of the “Largest Area Employee Benefit Firms” by the Charlotte Business Journal. CEBA also participates in the annual UBA Health Plan Survey, which is by far the largest employer-based health plan cost and benefit benchmark of it’s kind. The information from this survey is extremely valuable to CEBA during our evaluation of our clients’ health plans. |
