CEBA was founded in 1996 by Bill Webb and Candler Bumgarner with the goal of developing an experienced team of employee benefit professionals committed to providing a level of service that exceeds client expectations. Our success through the years stems from our dedication to open communications and honest dealings with our clients and vendors. We understand the recommendations we make impact not only the client, but the lives of all their employees and their families. We are always mindful of this fact, and so take our role as employee benefit advisors very seriously. CEBA is an independent employee benefits agency, which means our sole purpose is to serve the needs of our clients, not the objectives of a parent company or stockholders. We tailor our solutions to each client's needs and support them with superior technical knowledge, personal service, and value-added technology tools and resources. The bottom line is, in order for CEBA to thrive, we must deliver results to our clients, and we do. Our goal is to become each client's trusted employee benefits advisor. United Benefit Advisors is one of the nation's largest privately held employee benefits advisory organizations, with 140 member firms located in 43 states and Canada. UBA members provide benefits consulting and brokerage services and best-in-class products to nearly 37,000 private corporations and public employers. By combining diverse talents, seasoned experience, innovative technologies, and strategic partnerships, UBA members offer employers exceptional employee benefits advisory services unmatched in the industry. CEBA is one of just four UBA members in North Carolina. Our membership provides us access to the shared knowledge of the nation's premier independent benefits firms, including best practices, research data, regulatory guidance, and customized technology designed to support human resources and benefits managers. CEBA also participates in the annual UBA Health Plan Survey, which is by far the largest employer-based health plan cost and benefit benchmark survey of it's kind. The information from this survey is extremely valuable to CEBA during our evaluation of our clients' health plans. |
